Event Rental Time begins when the client/s, their guests, or vendors begin occupying the house until the last person exits the house.
Outdoor Set Up Time: We include 6 Outdoor Only hours with your rental on our Grounds to do your set up/take down , deliveries/pick ups, decorating & rehearsal. Additional Outdoor Only Time is $100 per hour.
We charge $25 per man hour to do any moving or rearranging of any Le San Michele furniture, lighting & accessories.
Professional Moving Contractors may be required at market rates for any events that include substantial moving of Le San Michele property.
Outdoor Set Up & Take Down Time is NOT for photography. Photography should be done during your event party time or on a separate portrait day from your event.
